One of the possibilities offered by smartphones is to take high-resolution images and send email.
These two, basically good capabilities are less good when our customers attach high-resolution attachments to the e-mails they want to send to the customer service office in connection with the administration, ie large file size - more megabytes. Emails containing such large attachments occupy an unnecessarily large amount of space in the recipient's mailbox, and so, if the total size of the mail in the mailbox reaches the specified size limit for the mailbox, it cannot receive additional mail.
To avoid problems with a full mailbox, please, Dear Users, that if you need to attach a photo to your email, you should reduce its size before sending it so that the image resolution does not exceed 1920 × 1080 pixels. You can do this by editing or resizing the photo on your smartphone or computer.
The amount of useful information in the image does not decrease if eg. the original 10 megapixel (4288 × 2416 pixels) photo is resized to 2 megapixels (1920 × 1080 pixels) because the resolution of the Full HD monitors used to view the image is 1920 × 1080 pixels, so the 10 megapixel image will be in this size even when viewed visible.
If sending a large (more megabytes) image is indispensable, do so using Mammutmail.com.
Thank you for your understanding.
